Prostate cancer

The Prostate Cancer chapter of the National Cancer Prevention Policy presents information about policy priorities to continue research into diagnostic aids for prostate cancer.

The chapter was updated in April 2021. It has been reviewed internally by the Screening and Immunisation Committee of Cancer Council Australia and externally by Professor Henry Woo (Urological Surgeon) and Professor Ian Davis (Medical Oncologist/Prostate cancer researcher). It has been approved by Cancer Council’s principal Public Health Committee.
