About the role

The Cancer Navigation Service is a key component of the Australian Government’s Australian Cancer Nursing and Navigation Program (ACNNP). • governance and briefing activities

  • stakeholder insight and risk visibility

  • conference and external engagement coordination

  • development of stakeholder-facing materials and updates

This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a nationally significant initiative that is strengthening how people affected by cancer access information, support and care across Australia.

About you

You are a highly organised and collaborative professional who enjoys working across multiple teams and stakeholder groups in complex environments. You bring strong communication and coordination skills, good judgement and the ability to connect moving pieces into a clear and consistent stakeholder experience.

  • Ability to synthesise complex information into clear and practical updates

  • Strong relationship-building and collaboration skills

  • Confidence working across multiple streams and competing priorities

  • Ability to work effectively in complex or federated environments

  • Proficiency in MS Office, SharePoint and collaboration tools

  • Experience in health care, cancer control, government-funded programs or communications and engagement roles will be highly regarded.
