About the role
Cancer Council Australia is seeking a Campaign Officer to join our team. As Campaign Officer, you will play a key role in delivering large scale, integrated marketing campaigns aimed at reducing cancer prevalence and mortality. You will bring a strong understanding of partnership marketing and content development processes for a range of media channels. This role offers the opportunity to work with a broad mix of internal and external stakeholders, ensuring campaign content is strategic, on brand, and supports our behaviour change goals. You’ll manage timelines and approvals across multiple projects and seek opportunities to innovate and drive campaign effectiveness.
About you
- You’re an experienced communicator with a knack for engaging diverse audiences.
- You thrive in fast-paced environments and are passionate about contributing to a cause.
- You bring: 3–5 years’ experience in marketing, communications, media or campaign delivery.
- Proven experience delivering integrated campaigns, including multi-channel content development.
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage competing deadlines.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with experience collaborating across teams and agencies.
- Understanding of campaign performance measurement and reporting.
- Strategic thinker, comfortable working hands-on in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications, Media or related field.
- Commitment to the purpose and values of Cancer Council Australia.
