CRM & Data Manager

Due to some exciting new changes, Cancer Council Tasmania are now recruiting for a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) & Data Manager to join us.
ABOUT THE ROLE
The CRM & Data Manager will have responsibility for managing Cancer Council Tasmania’s CRM system (Dynamics 365), and be instrumental in implementing best practice marketing automation strategies to enhance stakeholder engagement and drive business growth. The role leads the organisation’s data management, monitoring and analytics as well as driving the development and implementation of user guides and procedures for use across the organisation.
ABOUT YOU
This role will suit a self-motivated person who is detail-oriented (including meticulous attention to data) and is able to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. You will need to be curious and have an analytical mind-set with a willingness to bring business requirements to life through technology solutions. The role requires someone who has excellent interpersonal skills and is able to translate tech speak into plain language. To be successful in the role, the individual will need to be comfortable to act as an ambassador for Cancer Council Tasmania and willing to commit to their ongoing professional development for a role that will require them to be a subject-matter expert on our CRM and business data.
Tertiary qualifications or demonstrated experience in Marketing, Business, IT, data management, monitoring and analytics are therefore essential. Competency in the development and implementation of user guides and procedures will also be advantageous. Supporting our CRM Coordinator, you will need to also be comfortable leading and supporting staff.
This role would suit someone who is looking for part-time work. At 0.8 FTE, flexibility is offered to also work around other commitments.
