Cancer Council sun protection products

Cancer Council is reminding Australians to Slip, Slop, Slap, Seek and Slide every day when the UV level is 3 and above using the latest range of sun protection products.

Designed to meet Australia's demanding sun protection standards, Cancer Council’s range of products includes high quality hats, swimwear, sunglasses, sunscreen and shade solutions for the whole family. Available in over 13,000 retail outlets across Australia, every purchase supports our vital work in cancer research, prevention and support.

New sunscreen formats have been introduced this summer, with innovative formulas to suit every lifestyle. The SPF50+ Face Day Wear Fluid is a matte, invisible, ultra-lightweight sunscreen fluid and is suitable for combination, oily and sensitive skin types. This fast-absorbing fluid is dermatologically tested, non-comedogenic, and is paraben and fragrance free. Cancer Council’s Everyday Value sunscreen is now SPF50, which provides very high UV protection to help prevent the visible signs of ageing. The formula is water-resistant, lightweight and hydrating for daily use. Two new SPF50+ lip balms have been released, which provide high UV protection and hydration. Enriched with Jojoba Seed oil, Shea Butter and Vitamin E, the lip balms come in Vanilla and Raspberry.

Cancer Council has launched an exclusive range of chlorine resistant, certified UPF50+ swimwear for the entire family. There are rashies, paddle suits and all-in-one swimsuits that are ideal for water sports or splashing around. This eye-catching, colourful swimwear is available online and in Cancer Council stores only.

New season hats offer the highest level of sun protection. From bucket hats to bretons, fedoras to surf hats, there is something to suit all lifestyles.

High quality sunglasses are summer essentials as they help keep your face and the areas around your eyes safe. There is something for everyone in the new ranges for kids, women and men, with fashionable frames, active and wraparound styles available. Cancer Council sunglasses are fitted with category 3 polarised lenses and comply with the mandatory requirements of the Australian and New Zealand Standards for sunglasses.
